These shoes are a project that I started as an MFA candidate and just recently found and finished. The idea for them came from a conversation I had with my good friend Fletcher Eshbaugh about 10 or so years ago. On the left foot appears Mikhail Gorbachev (in red, of course) and on the right appears Ronald Reagan (in blue).
